About Us

Local Brisbane couple Matt and Chelsie Easton opened Fusion Cycles in February 2008 with the goal of creating a boutiqe community based shop with 5 star service.  In July 2009, Fusion Cycles outgrew the first shop and moved across the road to a bigger premises and took on three new brands - Cannondale, Cervelo and DeRosa. In December 2009, Fusion Recycles was opened, giving bicycle owners an opportunity to sell their used bikes without any online hassles.

Fusion Philosophy

Fusion Cycles is about creating a hub of energy around the sport of cycling. We want to build an environment that you visit regularly not only to purchase cycles and cycling products but to talk about training, find out about events and share your race experiences with like minded enthusiasts!

We see Fusion Cycles as a central meeting place for all local cyclists, where you can connect with all the energy that being involved in this fantastic sport creates.

Whether you need a bit of motivation to keep training or want to talk about an awesome race you’ve competed in, drop into Fusion Cycles – we’ll be keen for a chat. Quality cycle products, Five Star service and Friendly people, is just the start of the Fusion Cycles experience!

We stand for:                  Honesty

                                          Integrity

This means always putting our customer’s needs ahead of our desire for a sale.

                                Respect

                                          Equality

                                          Fairness

This means treating all people with respect and in an equal manner regardless of their background, income and cycling experience.

                               Pride

                                         Confidence

This means we will not accept poor quality products or poor service in our workshop or our sales.  We know we deliver a great service and will not feel pressured to discount our prices.

                               Recognition

                                         Fun

This means our team is expected to enjoy their work, their environment and their colleagues and be recognized for the great work they do.

                                Lifestyle

                                          Flexibility

This means we expect our team to work no more than their allocated hours and to be compensated if they do.  This means recognizing that a great team environment requires helping each other out and adapting and changing to meet the needs of each other and the business as we progress.

If we are living these values, we will make the numbers and create a great company that people will want to be a part of.
