Dear Craig, Matt and all the boys involved in helping to get my gorgeous new Cervelo S3 on the road

I just wanted to let you know that I took her for a spin this morning and she is an absolute dream!!  I would like to say that I was the envy of every rider on the road but I was so engrossed in riding the bike that I did not even notice what anyone else was doing.
Thank you so much for taking such great time and care with getting things organised.   I will no doubt see you all soon but just wanted to share the joy of the experience with fellow riders who I knew would appreciate it.

Thank you so much Craig for the fantastic work you did on my Orbea. He ran the race beautifully and the tri bars were a great fit! Managed to do the hilly 93 odd km\'s in 3hrs 30mins (with 2 very dodgy transitions) and the advice for Stromlo was very useful. Nothing blistering about the time but the bike was comfortable.

I wanted to go somewhere where I would feel like I could trust what they told me.  I always got the feeling from Chelsie that she was an honest, staightforward person, so I presumed her and Matt's shop would have the same values. At Fusion, they were very friendly and helpful. I bought a Cannondale Six and my husband Cliff bought one too.

Hi Chelsie,
I thought I should send you an email stating how happy I am with the service that the Fusion guys provided me this week.

I participated in the Gold Coast ride last Sunday and as you know we and our bikes all got a little wet and dirty. So I thought I would drop my bike down to the guys on Monday for a wash and lube, they said “it probably wouldn’t be ready till Wednesday at the earliest”. I said “that’s fine”. That afternoon I received a call saying “my bike was good to go”. “I was unable to pick my bike up till Tuesday” I said, “not problem” on the other end of the telephone said.

I arrived on Tuesday morning to collect my bike and the guys had a concern with the back tyre, as it was a bit flat. They put some air in and said “keep an eye on it, as it may be a slow leak”. There was some thing wrong with it, so I took it back the next day and they said “we will look at it and it will be ready that afternoon, just drop in on the way home”. They found a piece of metal in the tyre and only charge $10.00 to fix the problem.

I know if I had gone some where else it wouldn’t have been that to fix the problem. I thought you should know what the guys did for me and I will be recommending Fusion to my cycling friends.

Hi Guys ...   many thanks for the course on the weekend .... it was great to go home and have the confidence to hose and clean the machine down properly when i got home!   Craig did a great job and the BBB chain clening qizmo did a bang up job !   thanks again for the service from all the boys in there from buying my Bianchi to now.

Good Morning Matt,

Just a short note to say thanks for fitting me in this week and for the helpful service you guys always deliver. After years in business i know there is always someone contacting you to tell you of your short comings but people are stangely quiet in praise.

So thank you to yourself and the guys. The bike went beatifully this morning and the fit feels fantastic. The slightly closer reach and higher seat position actually feels a lot better than before. i will endeavour to continue to send everyone i can down to Fusion.

Thanks for going to the extraordinary efforts to get me back on the road. After I broke my derailleur hanger three days before the Ipswich 100 ride I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it repaired in time.  I know that rather than just waiting on a distributor you made the effort to drive out to another bike shop to make sure you got the part in time and then spent considerable time machining the part  to fit so I wouldn’t miss the ride.

I made the ride and managed to achieve my goal of less than 3hrs for the 100km.  Many thanks for going above and beyond.

It is easy to provide feedback when we are unhappy but we tend not to do it when we are happy. My experience with Fusion has always been positive. Nothing is ever a trouble to any of the team. I have most certainly been treated as though I am your most important customer and I observe others being treated the same way. As a pre-geriatric social rider, I appreciate being treated as you treat the elite riders and their expensive bikes.

I get great fun from my riding and I enjoy riding a well set up bike, thanks to the team. At my advanced stage of decay, it is great to be
able to get on a bike, let alone stay on it and I appreciate your efforts to facilitate that for me.

I went along on the shop ride yesterday morning and I just wanted to let you know how enjoyable I found it and what a friendly bunch of people it was.  I haven't been out on any group rides for over 6 months now and had felt like I'd lost my confidence (and motivation) but I think yesterday ride made me feel so much better. Fusion cycles was recommended to me as i wanted to start training more seriously with a group. i also needed some new gear to ride in and i was very happy with the friendly service regardless of my level of experience, i was given a great deal and left the shop excited to ride with such a crew.

while riding one sunday Chelsie commented on my bike position and suggested i drop back by the shop and get 'fitted' to improve my comfort and performance.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FEEL OF MY 'NEW' BIKE!  i've now gone from 50-70k rides @ 20k/hr ave. TO 80-120k rides @ 26k/hr ave.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE THE LITTLE THINGS MAKE! 

i really appreciate the knowledge and professionalism fusion has to offer!

Just a quick note to thank you and Craig for an insightful evening into bike maintenance. Funnily enough I am doing most things right, except replacing the back wheel, but it was great to be re-assured that what we are doing is the correct thing. If you have any other type of classes I would love to be involved.

I must say that your shop is one of the most friendly I have been into and I was made to feel comfortable right from the beginning, so again congrats on the good work, keep it going.
